We are looking for an ambitious professional for the Role of Partner- Cofounder Chief Impact Officer. The right candidate should be able to inspire and lead the Impact Team of the Ateaya Financial Ecosystem based on her/his relevant expertise and experience in commercial operations, business and corporate development in Fintech, Payments and Banking.

The Partner that will succeed in this position will be passionate about creating an innovative transition process for Ecosystem members and Ateaya stakeholders. Therefore, the candidate must possess the demonstrated capability to capture the essence of the market and stakeholder needs, psychology and preferences, distilled into a unified engagement and impact process.

3. Debt transformation platform for Financial Institutions and Governments
4. Local Economy Sustainable Development Platform: National and Local Authorities

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

• Engage Ecosystem Members /Clients to integrate and customize financial services into their value chain and offering as part of their digital and sustainable transformation
• Work with the Chief Strategy and Governance Officer and the Outcomes Team (Chief Brand Officer, the Chief Experience Officer and the Chief Product Officer) to translate Strategy into Impact/Customer Success terms and KPIs.
  • Payments - Stakeholder integrated impact/outcomes
  • Lending and Financing - Stakeholder Borrowing impact/outcomes
  • Sustainable Development Platform - Local Economy Stakeholders Investment impact/outcomes
  • Debt Transformation Platform - Financial Institution and Borrowers impact/outcomes
• Work with the Outcomes Team to develop new Ecosystem transition and transformation experiences, products and services based on evolving stakeholder needs.
• Co-develop and actively promote the integration of Ateaya platform products and services into members’ and stakeholders’ operations.
• Work with the Chief Currency Architect, the Chief Economy Architect and the Outcomes Team to develop, and integrate into everyday use of the Ecosystem currencies and tokens (Talanton Stablecoin, Ecosystem Utility tokens, Security tokens)
• Work with the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Ecosystem Architect to develop effective processes and incentives that lead to the expected Member and Stakeholder results.
• Work with the QRPCR team, the Chief Ecosystem Architect to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals as decision-gates and impact metrics into Ecosystem transformation processes for Stakeholders.
• Lead and inspire your Team towards results, team growth and commitment to the Omikron Vision
• Achieve all the relevant QRPC objectives (Quality-Risk-Performance-Compliance) set by the strategic and operational plan.
